WOW! So, one of my great friends, Sarah, is about 16 weeks pregnant with her 2nd baby. She was amazing and got an appointment at this place called stork vision (ps if you're pregnant and want a 3-D ultrasound GO TO THIS PLACE!) to get a 3-D ultrasound, but moreso because she wanted to find out the sex of their baby a little early. Trust me, I would do the exact same thing! So she invited me to go with her and her husband to find out what they were having!!! I was totally flattered! So her appointment was today and I met them there and we went into this room where she layed down and there were 2 huge couches in there! Could have fit like 10 people! The ultrasound tech went to work!
It was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. You could see the baby's bones and teeth forming; ribs and spine...absolutely amazing! Maybe I cried, but I totally kept it in as to not take away from their moment. It was just incredibly moving...
Side note ** 30 minutes after Sarah peed on a stick I said to her "It's totally a girl"
As of today...IT'S A GIRL!!!!
I am beyond the moon for them!!!
I really do feel very lucky to have friends in my life that would want to share that with me and I already love baby GIRL like she is my blood niece!!
